These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Designed By Her Diaries: Unfiltered ("the Subscription"), a digital subscription created and sold by Rrona Perjuci TMI, a business based in Finland ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing the Subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the
Subscription.
1. Product Description
Designed By Her Diaries: Unfiltered is a paid digital subscription delivering exclusive diary entries and monthly Q&A content via email. Content is delivered digitally and accessible immediately after purchase.
2. Subscription & Cancellation
Your subscription renews automatically on a monthly or yearly basis depending on the plan you selected. You may cancel anytime directly from your account with no questions asked. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
3. No Refund Policy (Digital Content)
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and its implementation under Finnish law, you do not have the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content once access has been granted, provided you gave prior express consent and acknowledged that your right of withdrawal would be lost. By purchasing the Subscription, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of digital content, acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and waive any right to request a refund under applicable EU consumer protection laws. No refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
4. Intellectual Property
All content included in the Subscription is the intellectual property of Rrona Perjuci TMI. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, share, sell, or repurpose any part of the content for commercial use.
5. No Guarantees
Designed By Her Diaries: Unfiltered is a personal diary subscription and does not guarantee any specific results, income, or outcomes. We do not offer business, legal, financial, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Subscription. Content is provided as is with no warranties or guarantees.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland and applicable EU consumer protection regulations. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in Finnish courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory law in your country of residence.
